Mike Janowiak Owner, General Manager - Mike has owned and operated Premier Heating for 8 years. Mike has over 20 years of industry experience, carries a State of Michigan Mechanical Contractors License and State of Michigan Boiler Installers License. He is a graduate of Ferris State University, where he earned his AAS degree in HVAC&R technology. Mike is EPA certified, and has kept current on all the latest industry advancements.

Steve Ennis Home Comfort Consultant - Steve has been with Premier Heating for 5 years, and has over 20 years of industry experience. Steve is trained in "green" technologies, and the most energy efficient home comfort systems available. Steve is truly concerned with providing his customers with the best options for their home comfort needs.

Pat Ashcraft Customer Service Representative - Pat has been with the company for nearly 10 years. Pat serves as a diplomat who represents the customers' best interests. She is committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

Joan Kaatz Joan has been with Premier Heating for 17 years. Joan's primary focus at Premier Heating is that the service needs of our customers are handled in a timely and efficient manner. As a vital part of our service team, Joan is committed to working for our customers.

Diana Gadzke Office administrator Diana has been with Premier heating going on 1 year, and recently received her degree from West Shore Community College in accounting. We are proud of her accomplishments. Diana serves as a diplomat to our customers, as well as our business partners and vendors.

Rick Nelson Service Technician - Rick has been with Premier Heating for over 20 years, and grew up in the industry. Rick is an EPA certified technician and practices “green” service procedures. Rick is our refrigeration service specialist.

Jon Hull Installation Technician - Jon has been with Premier Heating for over 5 years, and has years of experience working in industrial settings. Jon is EPA certified and factory trained. Jon truly has the customers best interests at heart, and is focused on providing the customer with the best and most efficient job possible.

Steve Kronk Appliance Service Technician - Steve has been with Premier Heating for over 7 years, and has many years of electrical and mechanical trouble shooting experience. Steve is quietly committed our customers total satisfaction.

Dave "Cutter" Monton Service Technician - Cutter has been with Premier Heating for over 7 years, and has 15 years of industry experience. Cutter is an EPA certified technician and practices “green” service procedures. Cutter is our boiler piping and service specialist, and takes pride in the fact that he is a second generation “boiler man”.

Jason Marguardt Installation Technician - Jason has been with Premier Heating for over 5 years, and has 10 years of industry experience, including an AAS degree in HVAC&R technology from Ferris State University. Jason is EPA certified and factory trained and works as part of an installation team to provide our customers a top quality installation job.

Brad PattersonInstallation Technician - Brad has been with Premier Heating for over 5 years, and has 15 years of industry experience. Brad is factory trained and certified. We consider Brad our custom home specialist, as he is typically assigned as crew leader on most of our larger custom new home projects.

Phil Yarbrough Service Technician - Phil has been with Premier Heating for over 7 years, and has over 20 years of industry experience. Phil is an EPA certified technician and practices “green” service procedures. Phil has become our Geo-thermal service expert, being factory trained by Waterfurance, and taking it upon himself to truly learn and understand the technology.

Al Bromley Installation Technician Al has been with Premier Heating for over 12 years, and has over 20 years of industry experience. Al has been factory trained and certified and EPA certified. Al’s specialty is equipment replacement, both residential and commercial. He will go the extra mile and do what is takes for the customer.

Greg Wheeler Warehouse Manager Greg has been with Premier Heating for 2 years, and brings with him a wealth of construction and industrial experience. Greg is our “parts guy”, if you need to find an appliance repair part, stop in and ask for Greg.
